Rabbi Dr. David Shatz is a Professor of Philosophy, Ethics, and Religious Thought at Yeshiva University, editor of The Torah u-Madda Journal, and editor of the series MeOtzar HoRav: Selected Writings of Rabbi Joseph B. Soloveitchik, which has brought into print many of the previously unpublished manuscripts of Rabbi Joseph B. Soloveitchik. He has edited, co-edited, or authored 14 books and nearly 70 articles and reviews on general and Jewish philosophy. A collection of his essays, Jewish Thought in Dialogue, was published in 2009.
