Rabbi Yitzhak Ben David is a member in the Postdoctoral program at the Bar Ilan Faculty of Law. He studied for his PhD in Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law and his dissertation is in its final approval procedures. He has taught at institutions including Ein HaNatziv and Yeshivat Maale Gilboa, and was scholar-in-residence at the Tikvah Center for Law and Jewish Civilization at the NYU School of Law. He was also a Jewish Law and Interdisciplinary Studies Fellow at Cardozo Law School. Rabbi Ben David holds a BA in Talmud and Jewish thought from Herzog College, an MA at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and rabbinic ordination from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.
