About Rabbi David Bigman

Rabbi David Bigman is Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Ma'ale Gilboa. He has served as rabbi of the Ma'ale Gilboa community and Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Ein Tzurim. A native of Detroit, Rav Bigman studied at the Skokie Yeshiva, Kerem B'Yavneh, Yeshiva of Detroit, Merkaz Harav, Netzach Yisrael and received semikhah from Mechon Ariel (Haifa), R. Akiva Ha'karmi and the Rabbanut. He was especially influenced by R. Aaron Soloveichik, R. Aryeh Leib Bakst and R. Yisrael Ze'ev Gustman. Rabbi Bigman has served as the Rabbi of Kibbutz Maale Gilboa and Rosh Yeshiva in Yeshivat Ha'kibbutz Ha'dati Ein Tzurim and is one of the founders of Midreshet Ein Ha'natziv. He is a dayan on the International Beit Din.
