Rabbi Yehuda Gilad is Rosh Yeshiva at Yeshivat Ma'ale Gilboa and the Rabbi of Kibbutz Lavi. Rav Gilad served as a member of the 15th Knesset on behalf of the Meimad party. Rav Gilad is one of the strongest voices of the moderate religious Zionism in Israel today. He is in the leadership of the Beit Hillel rabbinic organization, and a member of the Tzohar rabbinic council. He is in one of the founders of Giyur KaHalacha, a non-governmental conversion court network that implements a solution for the Giyur crisis in Israel.
